brakes

well i think the big tires finally wore my brakes out, i am getting a grinding noise when the brake is applied, haven''t pulled it apart yet to confirm but i am sure thats what the problem is. so where can i get the best deal on some brakes, i think i will probly have to do the rotors this time as well, they have never been done and the truck has 265k on it. only problem is $$ is alittle tight with these lay offs. give me some thoughts guys

i guess i am doing brakes after all, the inside pad on the driver side has nothing on it, after test driving the new wheel bearing, this awful grinding noise started and i knew right away what it was

i did the brakes on the explorer (fronts) and it was under $200 with monroe premium stuff from canadian tire, dont know if its good quality but has a warrenty liftime ? at least thats what they claim. If you go this route double check the boxes when they come in somehow they ordered one right rotor and one from another year explorer

2000 F150 5.4L Reg cab short box 2wd
?? always looking for a new ford project !
