I went through the Co-operators myself for my quad..(yes yes i know a quad isn't a lifted truck) however, I was racing my quad and they didn't care about that. If i was on the regular trails and stuff i was insured. To and from a race, i was insured. (if it fell outta of the back of the truck type thing) However, when i was ON THE RACE TRACK. i had no insurance.

They seem to be a very accomodating company. My friend even has HORSES insured through them. Give them a look see, couldn't hurt to ask right?

I found one company. Dominion insurance i think it is. I had to go through a insurance broker to find one because i was also looking for one. Im with belair direct right now, and they said the same thing. Unfortunately i decided to look for on after i bought my body lift. So its still waiting to be installed. Im only 20 so my insurance is high. And its going to go from 2400 a year to 3600 for that company. That has nothing to due with the lift, because they don't care about it. But they will insure the vehicle. I don't understand why its such a big deal.

So check out dominion, I think this is it.

mine doesnt know mines lifted but not because i wont tell them but it really doesnt add value or change the vehical other then its higher with the wider tires and offsets its even more stable less prone to the explorer rollovers (which is all driver these trucks are stable in stock form)
