Question 03 F150 Head Scratcher

Not sure how to ask this question but here goes , I have a F150 2003 with about 150,000 kms . I got home today after a 500km trip parked the truck in the driveway shut it off and unloaded the truck, went back to the truck 10 min later to move it , it started fine but when I put it in reverse it stalled and in D 2 1 it did the same thing. I checked all the fluids , fuses , air filter , hell I even changed the fuel filter. If any one has heard or seen this problem your help would be appreciated.

sounds like a locked up torque converter, before this happened did it run rough or stall when coming to a stop?

a moments silence for the shelbyx,i hope her new owner enjoys as much.

Turns out it was a solenoid, not sure why it happened. But it's fixed.
