Door Dings?

Since I have bought my 2010 F-150 Lariat 10 months ago, I have had to endure more door dings on my beautiful truck in that time then I have ever had in my life on all of my vehicles put together!

These arn't just little dents. Nearly every one has chipped the paint. I'll be going to states soon for a trip and I'm planning on getting them all fixed there.

I'm just really angry how people can be so disrespectful to other people's property. I always go out of my way to make sure I don't ding other people's cars. I just feel the need to vent after I found another ding on it. I always make sure I park properly, and it's easy thanks to the rear view camera and back up sensor.

Fort McMurray is starting to piss me off!

Well, I will tell you this. I have a Royal Red and the paint scratches to primer like no tomorrow. I have quite a few on the outside of the box already.

Considering that a good deal of the inconsiderate bastards that will ding your door are also lazy bastards, I always park at the furthest point in the parking lot.

Usually there's no one even close, because that extra couple minutes walk is too inconvenient for them!! lol

Another tip I like to use is always parking on an end spot, so you only have idiots on one side of you, and you can position your truck at the outer edge of the spot without worry.

Sorry to hear about the dings.

I hate parking lots no matter where you park some jack a** has to park beside you and ding your $40000 truck. I've already had to replace my left rear tail light as a teenager smahed into my truck and my truck has a lift so it's not hard to see.

Amen to that!

Even then, it drives me insane when I sometimes come out and my truck seems to have developed some sort of weird magnetic effect. In all the hundreds of empty spots, some jerk just has to park right up next to me, with his driver's door 2" from the side of my truck. What the hell?!

If Princess Auto were a real girl, I'd ask her to marry me.

I think he means the empty field out behind the TSC store.....

Kidding Grant.

b4000 - that's when you need one of those sheets of paper to put under the windshield wiper.

I've seen them at some car shows, and it basically says, "Thanks for parking so close to me. Next time leave a [email protected]#%ing can opener so I can get in."

Actually I have thought about doing that as my truck does have new over sized tires so shouldn't get stuck but my wife would kill me for parking so f*ckin far away for the store
