Yeah we just sold our 92 Coachmen popup. It was getting too small for two large adults, two kids and two 80-90lb Golden Retreivers

sweet.

what engine does it have?

I got my truck for off-roading - mostly just to get to my camp. It's my first and I think I'll have it for a long while.

It has the 5.4. Fuel mileage....well it sucked hauling the camper. I expected bad and it was. Mind you Dept of Transport in NS, does not cut through hills when building roads so you go up and over them, not around or through them. Doing 105km/h for half the trip and then 90-100km/h for the rest, it averaged around 12-13mpg Imperial (around 23l/100km). Not what I am used to coming from a car and a minivan but hauling around an extra 6,000lbs what would you expect? I'm sure if I kept it to a more reasonable 90-95 km/h it would have been better. Something to try for next time.

I did. I towed the camper around via Hfx from Bluenose in B'water to home when we bought it a month ago and it was well behaved. Last weekend we went to Keji. Was in a bit of a hurry to get there Fri evening and took 2/3 of a tank of water down. The couple we go with has a 2500 Chev Diesel and he hauls his 5th wheel down full and I couldn't get in touch with him before we left. NEVER AGAIN. I just wasn't sure about getting water there but I had a look around Saturday and I know what is what and where to do it so it will be empty next time.
