I had a noise from the front left on my 2010 S'crew earlier this year, no vibration and it sounded like a strut issue, asked my dealer (Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln) to look into it and the removed, re-greased that strut, all on warranty and all is sweet now.

I do not think this sounds like your problems, but give your dealer a chance to look into it, some are surprisingly helpfull and they may know what the issue is.

Good luck and I hope your ride is fixed soon

got this fixed today. something to do with the 4 wheel not disengaging properly. Will know more when the paperwork comes in the mail. Cost nothing, was covered under the powertrain warranty. While it was in they went ahead and fixed the door spring that was recalled. Gotta say Woodstock ford was a pleasure to deal with. Tony

Glad to hear things got fixed for you Tony, nice to hear some positive feedback about your experience with your dealer as well...too many times all you hear is bitching and moaning.

I had only positive experiences with Woodstock Ford..... UNTIL they switched Service managers..
Now i won't go back as he lied to my face 3 times and they were haggling me over warranty work.

I drive 20-30mins to the next closest dealer now to get good service.
