09 F150 E-Fan install

Quick question.

I am thinking of installing e-fans off a 2010. My concern is that I have an electronic clutch fan on it now. If I install the e-fans will having the clutch fan disconnected start setting codes. Or is there a way to integrate the wiring to the e-fans.

Haven't done much research yet but I thought I would put the questions out here first.

If you have an e clutch fan now then a e-fan should work you just have a built in temp controller already.
