ABS brake system

So i tried searching my problem first and could not find an answer so i apologize if this has been asked before:

I was off roading with my 2009 F150 and drove through a large puddle of water and when i stopped my truck something under the hood was still running. It was my abs control unit (not really sure what it is actually called) anyways the only way i could get it to stop was to pull the fuse. So now i have no abs braking system and the abs, emergency parking break and stabliity icons are all lit up on the dash board. I am taking my truck in to get fixed next week and just wondering if anyone has ever experienced anything like this and what it costs to fix it as i don't want to have strokes if i have to pay thousands of dollars! Unfortunately i am not mechanically inclined and due to my remote northern location in ontario my only option is to take it to a ford dealership as our local mechanic had no idea what was wrong with my truck

Sounds like a sensor got shorted with the water.
