What engine do you have

l don`t know if this has already been asked or not, but l was wondering what engine people got and if they were happy with the performance and or mileage.
l have a 2012 Supercab XLT 3.7 in Tuxedo Black
l have about 2,000 kms on it and l average between 19 - 21 miles for a U.S. gallon. Sorry l`m an older guy and l`m used to using mpg, even if its the U.S. one and not the old Imperial one. That works out to 11.5L per 100kms l guess.
I`m happy with the 302HP and 278 lbs ft of torque as l dont carry that much weight or tow anything.
Best truck anyone can buy in my opinion.

I don't qualify for this section but I was home this weekend and spent some time driving my dad's 11' FX4 SCREW 5.5Ft w/3.73's and it was showing 13.8L/100km which is basically all city. I have to say I love the power of the 5.0, it is quite a powerhouse.

6.2L with 4.10's, running on 91. Mileage means nothing.

But, for the sake of arguement, usually anywhere from 12L/100km (highway) to 15L/100km most other times.

Welcome to fordtough.ca Rick, great crew on here (lots of southern Ontario members).... make sure your sense of humour is firmly in place and you'll do well.
