Vibration Again..

Had the truck in again, was a ' vibration" coming from the front end again. Had this fixed about 6 months ago. they did quite a few things while in there.
7L1Z*3C247* A Actuator assembly
AL3Z*4B416*A SEAL- DUST
CXY*80W90* 1L OIL- REAR AXLE
ENOIL
CXT*10*LV12 FLUID- TRANSMISSION
MISCELLANEOUS HRS ?
GL2Z*7G276*AA CONNECTOR
ENOIL
TRANS FLUID FILTER, I paid for, with tax 50$, they covered the labour, apparently 1 of these things was for somethin in the tranny, so They suggested I change the filter while they were in there.
Total bill was just under 1600$, all covered by powertrain warranty. WOOHOO!!..lol( minus the filter)

Time for a new ride. Sell the wife on that Ecoboost Tony, and giddy-up before things get worse...warranty's got to be just about done. lol

What were the symptoms behind the vibration? I'm thinking this is different from the one I get on occasion.

It's a constant vibration, turn left or right and goes away. The IWE actuator , whatever that is.
