New summer tires installed

Figured it was time that I could mount the new tires and rims on my truck. I don't think we will have anymore snow and most of the sand is off of the roads so they should stay kind of clean

They are LT305/65R17 ProComp Extreme M/T's mounted to ProComp 1069 Polished aluminum 17x9 rims

Thanks.
I just went for a trip to Waterdown and back on the highway and supprisingly enough there was no more noise then with my 265 Goodyear wranglers. They are very quite and also very smooth riding tires for there size.

Before I bought my Duratracs I had a set of m/t's on the truck and man alive the noise drove you nuts, I'm so happy I went with the Duratracs as road noise there is none

Garage
Good looking set up, always liked that style of wheel in that finish.

I'm guessing the wheels are clear coated to help with the ease of upkeep ????

No I clear coated one and it looked like crap. I ended up stripping that one and using it for the spare. They have got clear on the backsides of the rims but on the front face I have just put a few coats of mothers aluminum polish on. Now that the nice weather is here though its bike season and the truck won't get driven a whole lot to make the rims really dirty. So I'll see what they look like in the fall and may paint them.
