2009 Katzkins installed

After trying to find a decent set of seat covers that didn't look like crap I had decided on a set from coverking that they called RHINOHIDE I ordered samples and they looked very durable and were a leather like fabric. When I went to order them though the price went up $65 per set. I emailed them and they said to call and would work out the price. Called three times no answer so started looking elsewhere. Found clazzios on canadaseatskins ordered them then one day later got an email saying they didn't have the rear seats available for the 2009 supercab because it was different from all the other years. David gave me an option though for a couple hundred more they could do a base leather kit. So since I was actually able to get a response from a human and talked to him when I called I decided to order them and stop getting jerked around on covers. Must say I am very pleased. They are not a direct match to my medium stone cloth but I am not too worried they are tan coloured atleast. Everything went well other than the center jump seat. That was a pain in the arse to do. I broke half of the clips for the top cover and had a heck of a time getting the back of the center seat to sit properly in the plastic ring thing that holds it tight. I must say I think they turned out well. Just need to reinstall the front 3 in the morning rears are in though.

Looks good.

I debating ordering a set for my '11.
but I found this site for the Clazzio covers. http://www.truckleather.com/ford-f-1...r-seat-covers/

They are very reasonable priced and you can customize the covers if your willing to wait for them to be stitched up and shipped from china.

Looks great James. I have the Katskins in Henry. They stand up just as good as they look. Rub them down with a good leather conditioner once a year.

And no airbag light today either. Thanks everyone. This was my first attempt at upholstry work so I was a little nervous. once I got going though it was a piece of cake by the last seat. Gerry what brand conditioner do you use? There's so many to choose from.

Mothers. It was recommended by the upholsterer.

Alright that was my first choice that I was thinking of using. I use all their other products for plastic, chrome and aluminum and like the results.
Thanks Gerry
