Tranmission shifting

Does anyone else notice the bit of an abrupt shift from 1st to 2nd on the 6 speed auto. The rest of the shifts are silky smooth, I assume this is normal?

They were all sloppy until I got my programmer.

Emily does that too, I just assumed it was normal.

I noticed my 2011 firmed up a bit after some hard driving a while.

Programmer def fixes that.

Mine does the same thing. What programmer did you get? There's so many out there.
