Grille damage

Well, I got my first rock through my grill.
Golf ball size stone went right through the bottom part of the grill and I found it lying there mocking me.
Can I buy just the bottom part of the grill -it looks like there are separate snap in pieces.
Btw, it's a 2014 platinum.
Thanks for suggestions.

Well, shit happens right?

I'm assuming it didn't punch a hole in the radiator or any other damage, I'm going to say if it's a 2014 Platty, ordering parts should be a breeze.

Price might not be a breeze, but ordering will be, dealer should have a blow up schematic to determine specifically what parts are required.

Did you lose one of the bars ?

I don't see any other damage.
I have a photo but don't know how to post it.

Photobucket, or download into a fordtough.ca album, then copy and paste the address using the mountain on a yellow postcard button.

Copy and paste the Photobucket IMG code is probably easier, that mountain on a yellow postcard can be a real bitch for some.

Phark, that sucks. Is it plastic or aluminum? Hope it's at least reasonable to repair...I doubt it...

Based on how the grilles are all one piece in these trucks you'll probably need a whole new grille or some quality DIY skills.

Some guys out there would want Ford to replace it under warranty, 'cause you know, they bought the truck and all, Ford should come good for any damage because it's obviously a flaw in the design or materials.

If you check out E-bay, Tasca has a three bar for a 2014.....

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-OEM-CHRO...item540c4b9a17

Price on that is......drumroll please.........$625 US plus.......it gets better.........$398.37US to ship it, for a grand total of $1023.37US.

Tasca is really out to lunch with their shipping to Canada, they obviously don't want to be bothered, so they charge obscene shipping costs to discourage Canadian orders.

Price it out at the dealer, I'd be curious. I'm sure it's going to be $500 minimum.

Here's option B.......only $150CDN to buy and $135CDN to ship. lol

I got a price from the dealer.
They said the whole thing would need to be replaced.
$329.17 plus tax.
Sounds not too bad - but I may try and find a badge or something to just cover up the hole.
