Heat mode stuck

Evening all. Recently acquired a '09 F150 Lariat with climate control and nav. The Heat mode seems to be stuck. I get a loud knocking when you first start it. I have hot and cold on both sides I just chant change where it blows out. Does anyone know where the mode actuator is? Any diagrams would be most helpful

Thanks

Your welcome. At least he doesn't require further spoon feeding...

Dodged a bullet myself re: the HVAC being stuck in the heat mode, on my /06 truck. It was the blend door actuator that had failed ($60.00 part) and not the blend door mechanism itself.
If that had been cracked or had broken off , the whole plenum unit would have needed to be replaced, meaning that the whole dash would have had to be removed. That would have been major money...

Press on regardless!
