2010 F-150 stock CD player with Sirius replacement?

Hello all, I have 2010 F-150 xlt stock CD player that doesn't work and the volume knob is also going and it doesn't come with sync. I was wondering if I can replace this unit with a touch screen navigation radio and if you guys can recommend a radio that will fit and a custom bezel that would fit in the dash?

Any ideas will help because I'm sick of the old style radio and at least it has Sirius in it lol. Sure would be nice to customize my stock radio, can I install a pioneer touch screen thats siriusxm ready and it says I need to get the tuner?

If I already have a siriusxm radio built in do I still need to buy a tuner, I'm thinking no but I will have to transfer my sub to this unit right?

Yes you need the tuner. You will loose sirius subscription and have to go with new xm account.
