Question Turning off DRL

I just bought a brand new 2010 Ford F150 S/Crew with a XTR package and I want to install HID lights but I need to disconnect the DRL.Does anybody know how to do this or has done it before?Any help would be nice.Thanks Kim.

why disconnect the drl's? i have HID's on my 08 and didn't disconnect..Is it different for the 09-10 series?

3.55 E locker
FX4 Screw
SSI tuned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Viper are you saying that all I have to do is just install the HID and thats it or will they flicker when first turned on because of the DRL. Thanks Kim
