Winter time...patiently dreaming of summer

The F150 in winter mode...be happy to get my 20" chrome rims back on.



Specs...2004 F150 17" OEM rims, painted black, with Toyo G03 265/70/17 winter tires.

Seems funny to be in winter mode with no snow lol.

We had a short blast last week, today it's raining. Weird.

I hear you about the winter tires/wheels though....can't wait to get back to my black wheels and BFG's for the summer.

Looks like late April weather to me. We have warmed up here this week but last week was some snow and -30's and -40's. I saw that Glen up at Watson Lake had a day at -50.8 last week. Now that's winter!

Such is life. Just passing through.

I remember that -50 day well..oh wait..no i don't..balmy -22 here now..and of course effin snow. can't win.

Definately has been one of the mildest winters I can remember. We have had a couple bad days, but nothing unmanageable. It almost seems like a waste of winter rubber, but it's just one of those things...if you don't have them, that's when you'll need them.

It's been mild, but the truck seems to be the dirtiest it has ever been this year.

My truck has been pretty clean until a few weeks ago and then now it looks like crap. NOW....I don't have good inside place to wash it right and no telling when my truck will be clean again!!!!
