Better, worse, its all subjective, I am glad to see the nameplate still around, and it still maintains its appeal IMO.
There was some debate on whether or not it would even return in the three years between generations.
I'm not really sure what is offered up in the different packages, I've seen some other forums talking about carbon fibre bits in the interior, and a "tangerine" option for seat trim and stitching, no idea what that looks like.
I'm also glad to see it offered at any Ford dealership, that should (hopefully) squash any inflated prices due to limited availability.
On a side note, I just got my SVT certificate for the 2014, and compared the numbers to the one I got for the 2011.
Interesting to see that total production in 2011 was something like 11,500, and total production in 2014 was more than double that, at 24,000+.
I think that as a "niche" market truck, it was far more popular than Ford figured it would be, I'm curious to see how the new model year numbers work out with better availabilty.
And, Mr Shit Disturber, the 2014 will always be better in my books. lol
