1995 F150 4x4

Hi there I'm new ??
I have a question on this f150 I just picked up. I believe it's a BW1356F transfer case, not a 100% sure I'll check the tag in the morning. The problem is it leaks very bad and I can't seem to see where it's coming from. I filled it up earlier and drove it. I'll take a look in the morning hope to see something.
So is there any main seals to these Tcases that have issues like the out put seals, is there a main seal where it where it breaks?
Unless it's cracked or chain wore away a area.
Hope it's enough information.

Cheers

Clean around the whole area...even the transmission, as oil will travel! Superclean works really good. Then you should be able to watch and see where the oil is actually leaking. Front output shaft seal is common for leaking...especially when the yoke comes loose. So you want to make sure they are tight. I have seen the cases crack...but that's pretty extreme! Lol. Good luck and welcome to the site.

X2. Also, the seal for a the input shaft can sometimes be a problem.

So seals are good. But I guess what happened was the cat was rubbing on the side of the case and caused it to wear though.
