stuck in 4 lo

Hello. I have a 92 ford f150 4x4 auto tranny with autohubs and push botton 4x4. I can not get my transfercase to come out of 4 lo. If I push the 4x4 botton nothing will happen. I tried backing up and nothing. I check the fuse and it looks fine. Any one who can help me out with this will be great. Thanks

are the 4x4/4x4 low lamps flashing?if so it could be a module fault,i have seen a few shift motors go south, try removing shift motor on t/case and manually moving lever into gear(this will tell you if the t/case shift fork is ok)than switch t/case motor to see if that works useing 4x4 switch.

a moments silence for the shelbyx,i hope her new owner enjoys as much.
