Water Leak!!

Park my Truck in underground parking and had it out in the rain for 2 days this weekend, went to drive it and when I hit the brakes water was dripping down the inside of the windshield!! Was pooling on my headliner, needless to say it's going to the dealership Wednesday. Anyone else have any leaking issues with their Rangers? Seems to be leaking from the top windshield seal.

I had that problem on my 03 150 and the dealer couldn't find the problem, they kept on telling me to "bring it in when it's raining".

ouch... thats rough. In my old car, someone took a knife and sliced the corners of the back window seal. Had about a foot of water in the trunk before I noticed. and the back seat was soaked. Leaks are easy to fix themselves, but the cleanup can get costly

I don't know about the top of the windshield, but the bottom corners have leaked at least a bit on all 3 of my Rangers. My '93 is the first one with a 3rd brake light, and I ended up with a stained headliner and the carpets were so far gone I removed them (bare floors now, I hate carpets). A copious amount of RTV fixed the leaking issue since I don't want my sub box getting wet, but if its under warranty then definitely make them fix it. LR

VERDICT:
So I took my truck in last Wednesday, Talked to them Wednesday night and they told me they found a leak from the top of the windshield due to a poor seal job at the factory. The Glass guy was coming in the next day to reseal it. I get a call at 2:00 Thursday, apparently you cannot remove the glass on these trucks without a 90% chance of it smashing due to the design. They are going to order in a new piece of glass and moulding and it would be here Tuesday. So I could have my truck back for the weekend and bring it back in Tuesday (today). So I took it in last night, picked it up this afternoon and all seems good for now, Seemed to have survived the wash. *Crosses Fingers*

I believe my 01 had this problem. Any time it rained, there would be a small water puddle behind the driver seat on the floor.
