more hid problems

ok so ive checked all the forms and never seen this weird problem i drive a 2008 ranger sport i installed hid's today and i know about the drl problem but when im driving with them on with the switch on they work great for about a minute while driving then they slowley dim and shut off or only one will shut off but if im idling they run fine anyone got any ideas ? thanks

Do you mean unplug the drl relay because there isent one or do you mean unplug the drl mod if so do you know where I can find it

un plug the relay, and see, i un pluged mine so i could drive with just the parking lights and the for lights on.

Problem solved I needed a LCM (load control mod)

how you do that? and what is a LCM ?

Well since rangers put out half ass power instead of constant 12v power a load control mod (LCM) allows it to run constant 12v so no flickering unless using drl. It cost me 10 bucks a side and they plug right in to the hid kit so far worth the extra 20

I never found any relay for the drl they arnt in 08 rangers as for the lcm I got from my hid guy in Scarborough. Where ever you got your hids from they should have lcm to plug right into your kit if not let me know and I'll see what I can find out
