I don't think you should have any difficulty. There's nothing unusual about Ranger rims, as far as I know. They're pretty standard. If you just need some cheap rims, you could go to a scrap yard and find a Ranger, or even a Crown Victoria. You can also use Jeep Wrangler rims, as long as the backspace is correct.
I bought some rims mail order from JC Whitney that I'm sure you could find locally. Look for Cragar "Soft 8" rims. They're very popular with Jeep off-roaders. Also go under the make American Wheel Corp. (AWC.). They're just plain steel, powder coated black. I think I paid around US$48 each. The chrome centre caps where around 5 bucks each.
Whatever kind of rims you get, the main thing to look for is:
Lug Pattern: 5 X 4.5"
Width: 7" or 8"
Diameter: 15" or 16" (You might want 15", as 31X10.5R15 is a very common tire size for offroad tires, in case you ever want to use the rims for that).
If Princess Auto were a real girl, I'd ask her to marry me.
