Arrow Ranger Computer Reprogramming

Hello all, new here.

I have a 2008 Ranger 4.0L V6 Sport

I have been looking into getting a Computer Reprogramming for the truck but there does not seem to be a whole lot out there nor alot of information.

I have been reading about the:Rogue SCT LiveWire:
http://www.stuffforyourranger.com/st...roducts_id=191
and there was one by JETT:

http://www.automotiveconcepts.net/st...368836168.html

Has anyone got one that they like?
Can anyone tell me anything about these thing or any other option out there. I would like something that I can keep connected (without having it tape, glue, or valcrow to the dash) in the truck to monitor stuff and change settings if needed, I talked to the dealership about these and they were telling me that if something happens to the truck I'm just giving them a loop hole to get out of fixing it even if it is unrelated. So I'm trying to get as much info as I can.

Maybe if you have any pics of how you monted it in the truck that would be cool to.

Thanks

I have been using a Superchips Flashpaq unit for a while and found it to work for me ;-)

if you google superchips there web sight will give up good imfo. also there is a 1 800 # you can call for more imfo.

Looks like you are from hamilton ?? I picked mine up the next day from a speed shop in hamilton .

if you are intrested pm me for there phone and add.

Is your Ranger a 3.0L or 4.0L? I'd LOVE to get 28mpg out of my 4.0!

HI!... It's a 4.0L SOHC. There are other mods besides the tune that get me that MPG.
