Thats good to hear.
A few months ago I switched out my Motocraft Platinums over to the E3 Diamond Fire plugs. (their a one piece unit as well)
My 5.4 idles much smoother now. (still monitoring MPG)

From what I've read and heard you are taking a gamble if you use anything but a Motorcraft plug in a 5.4 3V. Good hear other plugs work for some people.

Thumbs up

I don't know why some of you are so conserned with the E3 spark plugs, they are warr. for five yrs. or 100,000 miles for use in personal cars and trucks.

10,940 K's on mine now since changeing them over on 9/15/2011.

I'm thinking of replaceing them again after 60,000 K's to avoid any drama with the cyl. heads, even though the special Ford thread lube was used on them.
A Ford "Motovac Service" will be performed again at that time as well.

Press on regardless!
