Water leaking into cab?

Just polished the beast up today, when I was done I jumped in and got a shitty surprise. Turns out that I have water leaking in what I thought was the top of the back window, but I checked it out and the bead looks fine. Any ideas? Any way water can get in around the 3rd brake light? Thanks guys.

there's a few posts on the site about water leaking in through the third brakelight.

This was/ is a TSB at Ford - a known problem on our model trucks (or so my local dealership told me in 07)

Just wondering which truck has the leak ? you have 2 - 07 listed and a 89 was the back wall wet behind the rear seat ? if so then it's the gasket on the 3rd brake light as my 04 had that problem, ford replaced the gasket free.

it's the FX4 that has the leak, sits outside a lot more than the KR. Might check with the dealership and see, but i think I will switch out to the recon smoked lights anyways. Now that I have brought this up seems like a few guys had the same problem.
