Aftermarket custom rims

I have a set of RTX 17" alloy rims on my 2005 F150.
The rims came with a Shank style lug nut to fit the M14 thread and 2.0 pitch on the rotors and hubs.
A few of the Nuts are worn, stripped and I need to replace them, problem is try to find a shank style nut to fit 14 x 2.0.
The original nuts were closed end but they were cut off to fit the stud length. I am having a hard time trying to source out the correct size.
There are lots of 14 x 1.5 nuts available but are the wrong size.
I need a Shank that is .68 wide x .55 long and a full length closed end to cover the exposed studs at least 2.0" long.
Does anyone out there have a solution?
Looking for some feedback
Thanks.

The set I just used on my truck sounds like what you need. I'm in the other boat, needing shorter nuts, since I can't fit my centre caps on, having such a long nut. I'll dig up the box they came in tomorrow, and posts some pics of what they look like if you want.
