Front spacers

Hey guys, i got a 6inch lift on my truck thinking of puttin some front spacers. can i get any info if its good or bad. would i be changing the geometry of the steering or maybe ruining my ball joints. any info will help..

Suspension lift + coil spacers (leveling kit) = BAD

It's going to ride like even more of a brick and your ball joints/wheel bearings will hate you.
