Throttle body spacers

Has anybody ever seen any actual dyno specs with and without a throttle body spacer?

Never used one, but Dave's right on the money.

They're almost as good as those hair dryer superchargers you see. lol

i don't know about any real power gains but i was give one for my birthday when i first got my truck and i have been happy with it i did see a more responsive throttle and with the 4.6 being know for lack of throttle response i was pleased. i would buy one again for my next truck without hesitation.

To be honest I think that most of the throttle response gain I noticed was probably from the removal of the stock spacer or air diffuser or what ever you want to call it. I cant see it helping flow very much. If you have ever had your tb then you know what Mean its a bunch of plastic fins directly behind the tb

Guess everyone is like me. Have never seen dyno specs on one. Just asked because knocked my old one off the work bench last nite and thinking should chuck it.

I've got one on my truck. I picked it up for $30 because I wanted to see for myself if they did a damn thing or not. The only thing it does is make a whistling noise, that's it. I'm really glad I didn't pay full retail for it I would've been pretty miffed, but for $30 I don't care

VMP and 5-Star tuned no more
