Supercharged 08 5.4 3V Build.

Howdy.

Iam on the lookout for some 04 - 08 RoushCharger intercooler parts.

Roush & every Ford dealer I have contacted cannot supply anything. (Glad I didnt buy a Roush NiteMare that you cannot get parts for )

Adaptor Ford Part # XL3V6A329AA or XL3Z6A329AA (Lightning part?)

Left hand balancer (I have the one on the right ) Dont have the part number for this either .. If anyone has the Part # .. It would help.

Does anybody have these parts for sale / trade?

Feel free to post any 04 - 08 Roush charger parts you may have spare.

I will update if I require other parts once i sort the kit out

I have been in direct contact with Roush. I have also contacted a few dealers in Calgary with no luck.

The answer is always "Discontinued"

Stage 3 have parts as well as a few others .. But The parts I require are mainly Ford #'s ..

The adaptor is expensive for what it is ...

Are there any total bottom balancer / SC drive replacements? Same as spec bottom pulley that aint $300+

Meh. If I started hearing the words "discontinued parts" , I'd be heading home from the Hardware store, with a huge "FOR SALE" sign in my hands.

Not a huge fan of Roush to begin with, but I'll wish you best of luck on the search for parts, you've got more patience than I do. lol

Thanks

I dont have a Nitemare .. I live in the Mountains ..

Its not as bad as you would think .. Basically the only real problem parts would be the Fuel charge manifold (Inlet ha ha) and the pulley bridge. (I have both) Everything else could be Bought, made, Modified or aftermarket.
My work place stock so many fiddle parts its un real.

Allot of parts are just bent steel, Lightning take off's and Ford OE #

For instance I bought this FAN KIT for $39 shipped.

An E-Fan kit could ellimate this but there $300+

Oh yeah Iam real patient as well .. Just piece it all together, You can still buy the Kit and theres plenty about .. but the cheapest is $4400 US.
