Question Throttle body spacers ???

I've thinking about buying a TBS for my truck. Just wondering if they make a big difference in mileage and preformance and if so what one to get. I already have an AFE cold air intake.

From what I have heard is that they are an expensive paper weight and money could be spent well elsewhere.

I've done the research myself and have come to the same conclusion, pointless.
