Rear end problem

For a few weeks now I have been having a noise coming from the rear end. I checked the diff fluid, it's ok. I checked the brakes, pads and drums are ok.
Could I be losing a gear? Could I have an axle problem? Wait a minute I think I found it!

A noisy prop, of course!
