Shimmy out of nowhere

Wondering if anyone has suggestions of things to look for before I bring it to the dealer...

Out of nowhere on Tuesday my 07 screw starts shimming like I have a tire going flat. Happened during lunch hour, so parked it for a few hours, hop in to go home and it's fine from the get-go. Didn't drive her Thursday, this morning hop in and 1/2 way to work (after about 25kms) it starts up again worse than before. Shimmies at all speeds and damn near feels like the wheel is going to fall off. It feels like the right hand side of the truck... Tires look fine, nothing else that's obvious... .

Suggestions??

Check tire pressures? may be a slow leak.

sounds tire related due to the fact the trouble starts after he's driven for awhile and the tire warms up. maybe a sidewall sepatation on the inside of the tire. if it was a bent rim or a out of balance rim due to mud build-up you would think that it would happen all the time.

check your tires kinds sounds like a slipped belt if theres a bubble or out of shape side wall thats probly your problem.... sometimes they just fail but they do also if you hit a curb or hard object with the tire

if its a rotor it should shake when you break and if its on the front it should shake the steering wheel in your hand

or if you have enemies or pranksters (bad ones) check your lugnuts if there loose chances are it will shake and has probly oblonged the holes so it dinked the rim.... some idea's

I got the same thing in my 07 screw, with 20's and we took it to the dealer, checked the tire pressure, lug nuts, rotors, had them look at the nuts and bolts, nothing was wrong, more than likely the big tire following all the ruts in the road, it goes away on a smoother surface or on new pavement, so that's more than likely what it is????, I hope...

Not to mention that the GF has huge boobs, so it's all good to watch anyway..:icon_ee k:
