Get a second opinion! Dealerships love to lay blame at aftermarket parts whether it's the problem or not. On the other hand lifts can increase the wear & tear on your truck or amplify any existing problems.

I have over 60,000kms on my 2.5 inch spacers an I wheel with my truck occasionally and I have had absolutley no problems. Ask them for a written document asking for a detailed description of how the spacers caused the problems to your front end.

well i know for a fact that the drivers side hub assembley (bearings) are almost gone
i know this because i have changed like 4 or 5 of them on my ranger
but they told me that they were causing the front end to bind up

As I said get a better explanation because "causing the front end to bind up" is a pretty vague description of the damage and how it was caused.

in most cases it's not the leveling kit that causes the exellerated wear on front end components but the tire size and the way the truck is drivin, that being said ask them to give you the actual readings on the worn parts and the manuel specs(.032" lower ball joint deflection/.008 on the uppers)even new parts will have some deflection as they use a ball and socket fitting.

a moments silence for the shelbyx,i hope her new owner enjoys as much.
