cab corner bubble

i was washin the truck the other day and there was a bubble on the cab corner i picked it and it looked like the was a pin hole starting to rust threw i highly dought it i think it might have been from a rock chip, but it was on the bottom of both of the cab corners my truck is an 04 screw. check urs out and see if its has the same prob.

( dont worry jimmy im commin back dan already knows) well the bubble turned into a hole so went to rosecity ford and there goin to fix both cab corners for free kuz its still under body protection from the factory. so check ur cab corners

I'm waiting for my rockers to start too. I climbed under mine yesterday and there's already a fair bit of surface rust inside the rockers. Its only 14 months old but I give them a couple of years before Ford ends up putting new rockers in the truck.. if I don't do it for them by installed 2x4" steel sliders first.

Its pretty hard for something to rust in the Valley here but I spend a lot of time in the Interior. LR

I also have a 04 screw that has rust bubbles in the corners just behind the passsenger doors. Big phil, you said that rose city is fixing it for free because it is covered under body protection. I wasn't aware of that warranty coverage. What are the requirements for that coverage because i already had it booked to go into the body shop to get fixed and it was going to cost me $600 to fix it. Thanks

my 04 is bubbling by the fuel door. it's the only spot on the truck . any one else have this ?
