Bilstein 5100 and Body Lift

Here's the deal: I've got the 5100's that leveled my truck (2.5") and some 305/65/18 BFG ATs. I really was hoping I'd like the tires but I detest them greatly. They're good on the road (no hydroplaning, or noise) but the treads fill up in the mud and snow. Oh well I should've known better because they're not a real aggressive tread. The Bilsteins are really great tho.

I really would like to regear.... i've got 3.55's and highway driving sucks now - the only way I get decent mileage is to do 90 km/h everywhere and I don't really know how to do that

So with the combination of me wanting new tires and gears, I was thinking maybe I could do a body lift in combination with the Bilsteins and go with new rims and tires .... a bit bigger tires and then regear accordingly.

Will a 2 or 3 inch body lift allow for bigger tires? What else would I have to consider? How big of tires would it allow? How do you think it'd look ??

Sorry for being so long winded lol
