I have an 05' with leather and the driver seat is cracking. I was told by my dad who works at an International truck dealer in service to look into a company called Fibre New, they use them quite a bit. They specialize in leather, vinyl and plastic restoration.

Here's a link to all their locations and their site, they have some examples of what they can do and its pretty amazing stuff. They have some places around Vancouver.

Hey man, not sure if you solved your problem yet or not. I just posted info on this on another page. I have an '07 KR too, andmy seats got pretty bad. Ford was no help so I called up the KR saddle shop down in texas (where the leather comes from) and they sent me a bottle of their leather conditioner. I gave it a few heavey coats right away, and I use it now at least once per month, twice per month in the summer. You can find it here: http://www.krsaddleshop.com/leather-conditioner/p/1053/

Fixed them up good as new. Hopefully this helps.

Thanks for that link. I have been using Lexol on mine. I think I will give the KR a shot.

Lexol doesnt even touch what the KR conditioner does. I use a bottle on mine every month, and keep it parked inside all the time. My seats looks the same as they did brand new. People only have problems when they let the sun wreck havoc on the leather. It's saddle leather, it can't take the sun abuse that regular leather can

Thank You very much for shareing this KR info.

I was looking to buy a used KR with the saddle leather option, but a Ford salesman steered me away, due to his lack of knowledge regarding KR leather care.
N' people wonder why I can't stand sales people!!

I had an 07 King Ranch as well and hated the seats, Big Daddy D as far as I'm concerned
the salesman did you a favour. I thought saddle leather would be rugged but it was
anything but.
