Still can't believe it. I sold my sled and asked my wife if she minded I spend the cash on our truck...she said "I guess"! So, I wisely searched out the best deals (so I could buy more) and spent 5-6 g's on on stuff like exhaust system, security, stereo improvements, running boards, tuner, shocks, diff covers and more. Pretty much everything came out of the States. I thought the truck, being a dually, would look better with dual exhaust so I went with the MBRP 304 stainless "Cool Duals" and although there was no guaranty it would fit , as I have a gooseneck hitch, I did a little tweaking and got it to fit. I think it looks awesome, especially with with the new Bilstein shocks and polished aluminum diff covers.
I also installed "Jimmi-Jammers" after i saw a video on how easy it is to break into a Super Duty. They were easy to install and well worth the little bit of money. I think I'm going to see if this will lower my insurance rate.
As I like good quality sound for my tunes I ordered four new speakers and an amp from Crutchfield. They had a killer deal on these JVC speakers and amp so I went with them.
I also bought the SCT Livewire tuner and have to say...WOW! This thing literally wakes the "Beast Within". Next week I hope my running boards show up and will post some more pics and add to the story. Later...
