2014 f 350

About to buy a new truck. I am going with a f350 first time having a ford and first time having a diesel just wondering what people suggest I get for accessories right off the bat.

Welcome to the site. Are you ordering the truck or buying off a lot? I think some options are best left from the factory floor, as opposed to getting a dealer to install. Being in Sask., I'd opt for remote start for those really cold days. Fifth wheel hitches are available from the factory too. I haven't heard how the factory box liners are, compared to something like Linex. Good luck and post pics of your new ride, so we can drool...

Mods are pretty subjective, depends on your tastes and your budget.

My short list of essential mods any of my trucks get within the first week of ownership are, in no particular order……a shorty antennae, Weathertech mats, tinted front/passenger side windows to match the back and an application of Rust Check.

Might also want to consider a set of dedicated winter tires and wheels, I've always got a set and having them on their own set of wheels makes it easy, not to mention the cash (and wear and tear) you save by not getting them mounted and balanced every sling & fall.

Congrats again, post pics.

If you have the 26 Us Gal tank get an aftermarket tank such as a the Titan 50+ gal otherwise the towing range is very short.

Late to this party, but wondering if you have had any problems with this truck yet? I'm new to the forum, looking for answers about intermittent numerous electrical issues right from the beginning with this same truck, a 2014 4x4 Diesel Lariat. Great truck when it will start, the seats work, and the trailer plug accepts the trailer's end.
