Bushwacker cutout flares

Anyone ever use them on a SD? I am very interested but just wanted to see what people who have used them have to say. One guy told me that he heard of guys having problems with ther computer after doing the cutouts, anyone else heard this? It is behind the driver side inner fender, could it possibly be relocated? (the computer)

There are lots of Superdutys that have them, no issues with computers of the sort. Only thing is you have to do some trimming around the fenders and you need a good size tire to fill it out.

I have seen people do them, there is a guy that I have seen on another site that did them and is running 36's ( think) and no lift. I have never heard of problems with the cutouts.

Sean you shouldn't have any problems running cutouts, I would think you should be able to fit bugger than 45's in there if you tried hard enough. Probaly a 37 would go in nicely maybe you have to get a aftermarket rim with alittle less backspacing to get the tire out a bit more?

I'm just gonna go with some 36's, just wanted to hear that nobody has had problems after doing it. Thanks

Anyone know the stock backspacing?
