Who did they ship them with? What was your total landed cost if you don't mind me asking?

They shipped them USPS...but I still had to pay a $23 duty charge. Not bad though...I'm sure UPS would have ass raped me for around $80

Total shipped to north bay including duty was about $240 canadian

they are cast steel

Very nice find, I may be ordering a set of those diff. covers for my truck.

Hey guys, thought I would share this info:

For those guys/gals close to the Ont/NY border, for years I have been ordering US products and using a warehouse in Nia. Falls, NY to ship to.
They charge $5.95 to accept a smaller item (like one of those covers) and they hold it for days/weeks with no additional charges. I've even had a set of 35" tires shipped there!
I drive over, perhaps have dinner, pick up the box(es) and drive back home, when entering Can. I declare them and pay only the 13% tax.
Beats the hell out of being raped by UPS, Fedex, etc. to clear stuff. Heck, I remember paying UPS $60 to clear and cover taxes on a $100 item!!!
Plus, remember a lot of US vendors offer free shipping within the US.
There are a bunch of companies out there offering this type of service, I use CBI in Nia. Falls, NY, 14303.
Best way to buy stuff if you live close to a border.

Black 06 F-250 CC, 6.0 ltr with Banks TBE, Banks CAI, Edge Juice Platinum w/Attitude, 20" Factory 5 spokes with 35" MT ATZ.

shiping to BC

And if you live near the BC Washington border I use Package Express, they charge $4 per box and a bit more for larger items. I've been using them for a couple years and they are excellent. Bonus is I live 6km from the border I park and walk over avoiding the line up as its only a block from the crossing. Wayyyy better then getting raped by UPS, oh I HATE UPS!!!
