Blacked out some of my Eddie Bauer Tan...

Finally got around to Plastidipping some of my tan... Whatcha think? I like it. Still need to do the front and rear bumper covers, but I think it looks pretty good. This stuff is pretty amazing. It's almost like a spray on rubberized bedliner. Hopefully it holds up.

I like it. I've never been a fan of tan. The black looks good.

That looks awesome. Almost gives the illusion of more lift. You think you'll do the running boards as well?

Did the other side and the front today... Love it. Can't wait to do the back.
I think I'll leave the running boards. They just need a good scrub. I would like to do some anti slip spray on them though.

That's looks really good.

I was thinking of doing that to the part of my front clip between the bumper and grill where I've got a lot of rock chips. I wonder how it holds up to UV? How did you spray it? Did you have to thin the Plastidip?

If Princess Auto were a real girl, I'd ask her to marry me.

The 4x4 decal will be there till I get a new paint job. It used to be a CASE/HiWay Service managers truck, so their logo is burnt into the paint. No amount of polishing could get it off. Same with the lift gate. That's why I wanted the Ford Tough decals so bad.... It's a shame when businesses do that. They should just stick to the windows.

It just comes in a rattle can. A bunch of guys on the Expedition forum I belong to were doing their rims. So I got my mother in law to pick me up some cans when she went down to the States. I've used 2 cans so far. It goes a long way.
