Hey James...FYI

Hey James, I happened to come across this old Bronco for sale and noticed something very rare. You see it?

sliders in cap, 700/15 tires w/snowchains, or the winch to lift the plow instead of hydraulics? something way cool ?

Good eye. I've owned a few Bronco's and seen many more of course, but that's the first one I've seen with sliding windows. Pretty neat piece overall for $1800.

Andy.

I wish Ford would have kept up that option, they made for some excellent ventilation inside the bronco, air gets pretty stale in the back.
it must have been an expensive option.

I think i've owned and driven 6 78/79 broncos , and maybe had a dozen more pass through my hands on their way to hell or to 4 wheeling buddies.

In my opinion one of the best built out of the box 4 wheeling vehicles, thats why we don't see many left

I agree James. Had my 78 for 11 years and rebuilt the drive train a couple of times. Had to get rid of it when the body was falling off.

Such is life. Just passing through.
