Cruise Control 98 Explorer

I can't figure out what is wrong with my CC. It simply does not work. I have checked fuses, connections and can't figure it out. Anyone?

Clock springs, control module, throttle cable, vacuum leak(which maybe your egr problem as well)? Does your speedo work? Need to narrow it down more.

My speedo works fine. Everything seems to work. The CC almost seems to be disconnected.

It is almost like it has been disconnected. The only thing that I haven't done is trace the wires.

Check the steering wheel buttons and see if they measure the right resistances.
