Mickey Thompson ATZ vs. BFG AT KO

I want to replace the OEM Pirellis on my truck and am torn between these two tires.
I've heard arguements for each, I was hoping for some first hand input here.
Ill be running the tires all year around so winter performance should be considered (yes I know neither are as good as a dedicated snow tire).
The Mickey's win in the looks department, would like to know which performs the best.
Thanks

I tried BFG AT T/A KO as a year round tire for 2 years. Got stuck 10 times one winter. Had 200-300 pounds of sand bags in the bed too....1996 Mazda B3000 4x2 suck in the snow. Bought a set of cheap, studded winter tires (Arctic Claw TXI)....stuck 1-2 since.

BFG's are overpriced IMO. Look great, but can be noisy when gravel gets in the grooves.

I had the BFG AT KO on my 05 supercab 4x4 and there good in the summer don't wear to bad, but come winter time you will need to run the 4x4 as the tires suck in 2wd.

What he said,,,,lol. I bought Blizzak's for winter, but the BFG's are great three season's out of the year.

x3 on the BFG's. I have them and they are not the best in the snow, mine even have the little snowflake symbol on them and they like to pick up and hold on to gravel.

So far they are wearing very little, cause I walk to work and my truck sits all week long not being moved I may put 200-350 km on the truck all week. So these tire will last for ever for me.
