help, lift rear of truck

i want to lift the rear of my truck ('08 F450 4x4) by 2" - 3" strickly for cosmetic reasons, ie give the truck a slight "stance", how should i go about this?

I would say lift blocks would be the easiest cheapest way to go, most local machine shops with decent equipment can fab you some for cheap if all your thinking about is the rear end.

Don't forget to look around online, but local would probably be the easier way for a F450


I only drive in the city, to get out of it!!!

Blocks are garbage, go with an add a leaf, airbags, or a new spring pack.

I'd have to agree with tohi2care. I have seen some guys with blocks and they look kind of "Lego-ish"
