My '08 has 275-45 VR22 Pirelli Scorpions. Can't give you a price since they came with the truck, but I like them.

I have 22's but have not purchased tires yet.

I am looking for either:

Toyo Proxie ST's 285-35-22 front and 305-40-22 rear

BF Goodrich G-Force T/A KDW front 285/35-22 295-45-22 rear

While I like the look of the G-Force tread pattern more - I'm leaning to the Toyo Proxie's for overall performance, availability and pricing.

i know what they are and i want them. and im sure Paul wont hesitate to post pics now. and the toyos will last a lot longer also as the BF's are a softer compound which should mean better traction

Really? Its the Internet take it easy.

I have been rideing on oversized low pro tires since people thought 20" rims were HUGE on a truck/SUV. I have had 20's, 22's, 24's and now 26''s and the best overall tire I have had over the years for performance was the BFG G Forces I had on my 24's on my Denali. Awsome traction and control! Only complaint is that they are the most expensive and have a soft compound and wear slightly faster compared to others.
For price and bang for your buck you can't go wrong with the Hankook Ventus RH06's "have them on my summer rims now". If you want to spend alittle more go for the Nitto NT420S or Toyo Proxies as they are top quality as well.
Have also heard good things about the Yokohama Goelander HTS G052.
Be prepared to spend up to $2000 on decent 22" rubber.
