Sync 3 upgrade issue

So seems like the latest update to Sync 3 has affected a number of vehicles. My vehicle controls via my FordPass app would not refresh or function. I was asked originally to delete the vehicle and then re register.

Anyway I would have hoped the Quality assurance testing would have caught bugs like this.

Well, at least they're willing to help, and its a known issue. Sometimes no matter how much QA you do, real world applications reveal issues not previously discovered.

I don't have Sync 3, but I hope you get things sorted out.

Yeh but that?s a big issue and this started happening October 10. Ford is a Multi Billion dollar company no excuses. Anyway I posted here in case anyone with Sync 3 has issues as no one had a clue before.

Yah, thats another reason I don't bother with most of the electronic doo-dads on the centre console.
