Radio Install

Just got a kenwood touch screen,, got kinda creative with the install, used the brackets from the stock deck to mount it, so i saved 20 bucks haha,, anyways, my question is, i bought the wiring harness, and its all hooked up and working fine, but there was 2 plugs on the back of my stock deck and the new one only uses the one plug, so now i have one plug just hanging around not plugged into anything,, is that bad?? truck is an 04 f-150
